Application to acquire reserve land aims to rectify encroachment
COUNCIL is conducting community consultation on a request to acquire part of a reserve at Ocean Avenue, Slade Point, to resolve a long-standing encroachment.

instance is council.
The owners making the application are responsible for all costs associated with the
As this encroachment is extensive, council considers it appropriate to consult with the
Slade Point community before any decision is made.
Other encroachments into this reserve exist. Council is seeking to understand how the community would like to see them resolved.
