CCTV images linked to recent theft, South Mackay

Police have obtained multiple CCTV images linked to a reported bike theft which happened at about 3am on May 17, at an address on Shakespeare Street, South Mackay, where two unknown men approached the address where a bike was locked in the front yard.


Police have obtained multiple CCTV images linked to a reported bike theft which happened at about 3am on May 17, at an address on Shakespeare Street, South Mackay, where two unknown men approached the address where a bike was locked in the front yard.

While one man remained on lookout, the other approached and removed the bike from the locking mechanism and stole the bike.

Police believe those depicted in the images below can assist with this investigation.

Anyone who may have information about the current location of the stolen bike (similar to pictured below) or the images above is encouraged to contact police as soon as possible.
