12hr water interruption for Midge Point

RESIDENTS and businesses in Midge Point will experience a 12-hour water interruption on Tuesday, July 27 from 7.30am until 7.30pm. The interruption is needed to connect the new 1200m pipeline from the Midge Point Reservoir to the trunk water main on Kunapipi Road.


RESIDENTS and businesses in Midge Point will experience a 12-hour water interruption on Tuesday, July 27 from 7.30am until 7.30pm.

The interruption is needed to connect the new 1200m pipeline from the Midge Point Reservoir to the trunk water main on Kunapipi Road.

These works are part of the Midge Point water improvement works.

If you need water during the interruption a potable water tank will be available at The Point Tavern car park. Please bring a container with you.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates your patience during these important works.
